Engagement

Four ways to start: a fixed-scope website, a paid discovery, a platform project in phases, or care. No public price list. The number is written for the scope.

There is no price list on this site. A published range is useful when it comes from invoices, and LSCalado does not have that public record yet. A range copied from another firm would be a guess. What we can tell you is how the number is built and what it covers.

A fixed-scope website

Design, build, the content migration we agree on, editor training, and handover. The written scope is the boundary of the price. You provide a decision-maker, the content or someone who can answer "is this page still true," and access to the domain and any system the site connects to. Payment is by milestone, set out in the agreement.

A paid discovery

For a site or system we have not seen, or a project whose cost cannot honestly be estimated from a call. You get a written account of the current setup, the risks, a recommended next scope, and an estimate for it. The document is yours. It does not oblige you to hire us for the build.

A platform project in phases

Membership, a portal, an integration, or a migration larger than a brochure site. Each phase has its own written boundary and estimate, and each ends with something your staff can use, often the public site plus one workflow such as renewals. We do not quote a fixed fee for a database we have not opened.

Care

Updates, security patches, backups, monitoring, and small edits on a site that already exists. What a month includes is written in the agreement, and so is what it leaves out: new sections, new integrations, campaigns, rebuilds, and rush work are scoped separately. Hosting and domain fees are separate unless the agreement includes them. Response times are set in the agreement, not on this page.

If an inherited site needs to be stabilized before care can start, that is its own piece of work, and we say so at the start. You can end care and keep the code, the content, and the accounts.

Prices on a proposal

When a solicitation publishes a budget or requires support after launch, our proposal states one total that includes everything the solicitation asks for: the build, the support period, training, and any licenses. You do not have to add a care plan to our number to compare it with someone else's.

What happens after you write

Leonardo reads the note and replies in writing. He says whether the project fits and what the next step would be. If it fits, you get a written scope before any project work. If you are already in a procurement, send the packet or a link. The contact form is enough to start. You do not need a finished brief.
