Volunteer board

A working concept: invented shifts for an invented neighborhood group. Asking for a shift confirms on the page and sends nothing.

North Ward Neighbors is invented. The shifts show a community organization's week: a morning food pantry, an afternoon tutoring hour, a weekend cleanup. You can filter them and ask for one. On a real project, the coordinator would see the request. Here, nobody is notified.

The point is the size of the tool. A neighborhood group often needs the shift and the contact, not a membership database. If dues and a directory come later, that is a different scope, described on the community organizations page.
