Website design and development
A public site organized around the tasks your people come to finish, tested on a phone, and handed over so your staff can edit it.

Where it goes wrong
The usual failure is a site that looks finished and still makes a member, a parent, or a neighbor hunt. The renewal link is three menus down. The deadline is in a PDF. The home page shows last year's event. The menu reflects the organization chart, not what visitors came to do.
What we do
- Structure the site around the jobs people come to finish, and the months they come to finish them.
- Design for a phone first when that is how your audience reads, and check every template on one.
- Write or edit page text so the date, the price, and the next step are near the top.
- Build on Drupal or WordPress, depending on who edits and what the site has to know. See Drupal and WordPress.
- Set up page titles, descriptions, and redirects so search engines can find the pages that matter.
- Check accessibility and every form before launch.
How it runs
A fixed scope, one working screen to review early, then the build, content entry, testing, training, and handover. Your staff get notes on how to edit the site. A monthly traffic report is not assumed. If you want one, it is a line in the scope.
